What is Pebbles Club?

Pebbles Club is a creative, play-based well-being programme for primary school-aged children, offering a relaxed space to learn about emotions, their bodies and minds through play, creativity, mindfulness and connection.

Children explore age-appropriate ideas around emotional regulation, the brain and nervous system, social skills and everyday well-being, with activities informed by psychology, neuroscience and therapeutic practice.

Pebbles Club is therapeutic in nature, but it is not therapy.
